02/04/2023 The project 'Regionalizing Infrastructures in Chinese History' invites scholars of Chinese and European archaeology and history to participate in the international workshop 'Perspectives on the Materiality of City Walls in China and Europe'.

Prof. Hilde De Weerdt will present the team's work on COMARKUS and IMMARKUS at Harvard on April 17 at 4 PM local time.

On April 15, participants engaged in a reading seminar exploring the influence of Buddhism on bridge building.

In the reading seminar on March 19th, participants engaged in a discussion of Jinping Wang’s article titled “Textual, Material, Visual: Exploring an Epigraphic Approach to the History of Imperial China.”
