Jiali Zheng

Jiali Zheng was born in Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province in 1972. From 1991 to 1995 he studied Archaeology at the Department of History of Xiamen University. In July 1995, he started working at the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology. In 2010, he was hired as a researcher on archaeology of Song and Yuan dynasties and porcelain kiln sites in Zhejiang region.

Jiali Zheng is currently the deputy director of the Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology of Zhejiang province. He is also teaching at the School of Humanities at Xiamen University, and is an active member of several committees related to archaeology.
