On October 15, Dr. Sunkyu Lee will present her research, Mapping and Making Urban Space: Cartographic Variations and Clustering of Infrastructures in Ming–Qing China, as part of the lecture series Now Processing: Computational Methods and Digital Epistemologies in Art History at Rämistrasse 59, University of Zürich.

In this talk, she will demonstrate how digital methodologies can be used to analyze regional variations in the representation of urban infrastructure across a large corpus of historical maps.
