On August 19, Professor Hilde De Weerdt will deliver a keynote lecture titled Modeling the Source Ecologies of Chinese Infrastructural History in the Longue-Durée at The 10th Worldwide Conference of the Society for East Asian Archaeology in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.

On June 25, Professor Hilde De Weerdt presented “Event-Based Social Histories of Infrastructure with CBDB” in a keynote session during the Digital History Week at Peking University in Beijing.

On June 23, Professor Hilde De Weerdt joined the roundtable on Innovation in Historical Research Methods in the AI Era as a discussant during the AI Era in History Education Summit Forum. This event is part of Digital History Week at Peking University in Beijing.

On June 16, 2025, Dr. Sunkyu Lee will lead a workshop titled IMMARKUS: Image Annotation Platform. This workshop is part of the China-Princeton Digital Humanities Workshop 2025 in Princeton, NJ.

On June 6, Professor Hilde De Weerdt and Dr. Sunkyu Lee presented the IMMARKUS: Image annotation platform to the Early Modern History Reading Group at KU Leuven.
